Having read others’ reviews I consider myself lucky to have got a refund from SWE. I ordered 5 screens (‘next day delivery’!) which didn’t arrive. I was given courier tracking details that revealed nothing. When I queried this with SWE they blamed the couriers. On more than one occasion SWE said they would despatch a new order, again blaming the couriers. Still nothing arrived. Eventually SWE told me my screens were out of stock. I asked for a refund. They offered me a discount if I instead chose different screens which were ‘available for immediate delivery‘ . By this stage I had lost all confidence in SWE. Again I asked for a refund. Thankfully I got it.
My impression is that SWE don’t have the stock they are promising to deliver. SWE directors must surely know this is the case and that customers’ money is being taken and held pending SWE sorting out whatever issues it has that prevent it from fulfilling customer expectations. For this reason I’ve reported SWE to the BBC ‘Watchdog’ team.
If you asked me to sum up my experience with SWE I’d say ‘stressful’.
UPDATE: this morning I received a message via Despatch Cloud to say my ‘replacement order’ is on its way! My order was cancelled; I got my money back and I have now sourced alternative screens from a different supplier. Clearly, SWE administration is in disarray. I called SWE who are telling me it’s most likely an error.... After all this time of looking forward to taking delivery of my screens, I can’t believe I’m now hoping they don’t arrive- for I certainly don’t want to be saddled with the cost of sending them back. Will someone please sort out the mess this company is in? PLEASE...
I ordered my Screen on 30th May and I am still waiting on the 9th June, despite emails and a phone call. Unless they get my order sorted I would not recommend anyone using this company. It is a shame to give a bad review as the product does look good. I will follow up this review.

Found this company online on my Facebook page and I instantly liked
all the products. I have now ordered and received my decorative panels and I am absolutely delighted with them. I am just deciding on choosing another pair for my garden. I have also recommended to my neighbours and they too have ordered . Really lovely ideas and great service, would highly recommend.
The screen was perfect to change a ugly wall to a aesthetically pleasing one. We considered ideas for this area for ages however when we found these screens we were over the moon.

Great screen which added privacy to our outdoor area at the far end of the garden. The geometric design is a fantastic feature.
Love my new screens which arrived when expected and well packaged.
So pleased I am now looking at buying a gate from Screen with Envy for the side of our property.

Recommended by sister who loved her screen . Easy to use website, lovely choice of something different for my garden . I bought thinner screen to use as trellis and could not be happier . Quick delivery, well packed and fab product.
I ordered two large screens at the beginning of May. They arrived not the next day as still being touted on their website but 10 days later but OK. I opened them both straight after delivery and found 1 cracked. Because of where the crack is I cannot use it so I immediately took photos and emailed them to let them know and ask for a replacement. Nearly a month after they were first delivered we are still waiting for the replacement. If you don't make contact them on a daily basis you will never hear from them again despite every chat or email response to my contacts saying someone is looking into it as I type and you will receive a personalised reply very soon! I feel so let down by this company who over promise and under deliver every single day. Have to wait until the 6th June now to see if my replacement order is a priority for them or not. If not I will be going to my credit card company and getting my money back. Absolutely no customer services.
So today in response to my email asking why I did not receive my planter from the 31 May consignment, their email response was that they received a smaller batch of the planters than they expected and were not able to fulfill all outstanding orders. They then confirmed the next batch of planters were due the week commencing 7/06/21. Once received it will be despatched to me as a priority. Yet I was told in person on the phone at the beginning of May that mine was the oldest dated order they had and I would definitely get one of the batch of 31 May. When told this on the phone I was silent as I was so disappointed I did not want to become upset on the phone. The lady (I won’t name her as this would cause them to flag this review. Although they never flag the favourable reviews with names of employees in), asked if I was still there. I have been told so many times that I am a priority and it is coming that I just don’t believe it, I have given them the benefit of the doubt so very often. I despair. What can I do?

I was skeptical to order after reading reviews however I paid by credit card to ensure I was covered if the goods never arrived. I placed the order for a Frond Trellis and it arrived less than a week later. It did say 'next day delivery' which I took with a pinch of salt. But who needs a Frond Trellis that quickly anyway?? Not me .. I was happy to wait and arrived and I love it :-)
Ok I have changed this from one star to three as the screen and posts turned up in the end- not fully up yet but the screen looks good. The screen was still very late and the posts slightly later so I can't give more than 3 stars. I had to phone and email a lot but in the end Dessin (sorry, not sure I have spelt that correctly) was pretty helpful and sorted the tracking and phoned me with information. Older comments below are prior to it turning up
Like all the recent reviews I too am still waiting for my screen - ordered early last week for next day delivery.
After reading the reviews on here I phoned to cancel my order but they refused and said I need to turn the screen away when it turns up and then they can refund. Given I was given an 'incorrect' tracking number and that most delivery companies drop on the doorstep there is no way of knowing when it will, if ever, turn up. I have emailed and phoned four times and get a different person every time so I make no progress - yesterday I was told if doesn't turn up today they will refund or resend - today I'm told they need to check with the Dispatch Manager and will call me tomorrow but can't refund until they know what happened to it- understandable if it wasn't happening to so many people! It's unfortunate as it looks like a great product.
